Luis "Mele" Saens

Luis “Mele” Saens, 42, was called by the Lord on March 16, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roberto Saenz & sister, Maria Trinidad Saenz.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Alma A. Huerta de Saens, Luis Adrian Saens, Roberto Saens, Ashley Saens & Alejandro Saens, mother, Margarita Saenz, siblings: Jose Guerrero Saenz, Guadalupe Saenz, Roberto Saenz & Felipe Saenz, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021, from the funeral home to St. Joseph Catholic Church where a mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Doors open at 7:00 a.m. Procession departs at 8:15 a.m.

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50 percent occupancy capacity. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn if funeral home reaches capacity. All visitors must wear a face mask before entering the building and use hand sanitizer provided upon entry. Visitors must provide their own face covering.  Anyone that is knowingly sick or has upper respiratory illness is asked to stay home and may be denied entry.
