Irma Quintero

Irma Quintero, 71, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Quintero, Jr.; parents, Teodoro Nieto and Isabel Maddox; daughter, Marina Quintero; siblings, Nora Sanchez and Ruben Nieto.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Teodoro (Maribel) Quintero, Melissa Butanda, and Noelia Quintero (Ismael Montoya); 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; siblings: Gloria (Jose Luis) Ochoa, Alejandro (+Margarita) Nieto, Imelda (Geronimo) Alatorre, Gracie (Raul) Vega, Roy (Teresa) Nieto, and Teodoro Nieto, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A vigil of the deceased will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2020, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 401 Santa Fe St, Encinal, TX 78019, where a mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m.

Interment will follow to the Encinal Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Filomeno Martinez IV, Jesus Martinez, Manuel Martinez, Estevan Martinez, Teodoro Quintero, and Ismael Montoya.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
