Consuelo G. Casarez

Consuelo Casarez, 81, passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.

She worked at Ruth B. Cowl for 27 years as a head cook and was loved by many.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Antonio and Emilia Gonzalez, her husband, Francisco Casarez; children, Raul Casarez, Gerardo Casarez, and Francisco Roberto Casarez; brothers, Guillermo Gonzalez, Antonio Gonzalez Jr., and Rodolfo Javier Gonzalez.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Rosa Elia (Miguel Arturo) Zamora, Reynaldo (Maria) Casarez, and Yolanda Casarez (Jose Luis Reyes); siblings, Teofilo (Juanita) Gonzalez, Daniel (Clementina) Gonzalez, Yolanda (Antonio) Garibay, Sylvia Lucio, Graciela Morales, and Ana Maria Guzman (Osvaldo Guzman+). She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, Guadalupe Morales(Long-term provider), other relatives and friends.

A memorial services will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
