Rosendo Salazar Jr., 58, was called by the Lord on March 5, 2021.

He was preceded by his wife, Alma Cantu Salazar, son: Raymundo Salazar, grandparents: Reymundo & Angelita Salazar and one grandson.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Nancy Robles (Martin), Robert Salazar (Imelda), Juan Salazar (Lorena), Rosendo Salazar III (Melissa), Christina Salazar & Alicia Salazar, parents: Rosendo & Alicia Salazar, siblings: Martina Gutierrez (Edmundo), Rosa Maria Aguero (Sergio) Elida Delgado (Francisco), Angelita Medina (Chris), Teresa Maldonado (Alberto), Patricia Salazar, Antonia Salazar, Jesus Salazar (Noemi), Guadalupe Gamiño, Linda (Lalo) Rendon & San Juanita (Ruben) Salazar, 25 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where rosary will be held at 12:30 p.m.

Cremation will be held at a later.

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50 percent occupancy capacity. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn if funeral home reaches capacity. All visitors must wear a face mask before entering the building and use hand sanitizer provided upon entry. Visitors must provide their own face covering.  Anyone that is knowingly sick or has upper respiratory illness is asked to stay home and may be denied entry.
