Robert Brown

Robert Michael Brown -geologist, teacher, and librarian - died in Laredo, Texas, on September 1, 2023. Born in Columbus, Ohio, on October 28, 1957, Robert completed degrees at Ohio State and Kent State universities. Upon completing his master's degree in library science, Robert came to the Laredo Texas Public Library where he worked until his retirement in 2022. Many will remember him as a smiling face answering questions, guiding research, and advising students on science fair projects.

He is survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends he met along the way.
