Richard Oliver Bowden, 91, passed away on December 12, 2020 in Laredo, Texas
He is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Lee & Veronica Marguerite Bowden; siblings, Lewis Bowden, Anne Alley.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Joanne Bowden Vincent, Susan Kim; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Marie (Will) Lord, numerous other family and friends.
Cremation will he held at a later date.
Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
