Oscar C. Gonzalez, 73, passed away on October 21, 2020, in Laredo, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Antonio Gonzalez and Carmela Casarez & sister, Belia Gonzalez de Diaz.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rosa Olivo de Gonzalez; children: Oscar Gonzalez, Jr., Carmen (Gerardo) Garcia, Adrian Gonzalez, Olivia (Gerardo) Rodriguez, Eusebio (Sandy) Gonzalez, and Gilberto Gonzalez; siblings: Micaela (+Pedro) Gonzalez de Guevara, Leonel (Estela) Gonzalez, David (Dora) Gonzalez, Arnulfo (Alicia) Gonzalez & Juan Antonio (Francisca) Gonzalez, 41 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Sunday, October 25, 2020 from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a Liturgical Service will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. A procession departs at 1:30 p.m. immediately to the City of Laredo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Oscar Gonzalez Jr., Adrian Gonzalez, Eusebio Gonzalez, Gilberto Gonzalez, Gerardo Garcia & Gerardo Rodriguez.
