Oscar Ortiz, 56, passed away on May 13, 2023, in Laredo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus & Olivia C. Ortiz; brother, Angel Jesus Ortiz.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Rosie Ortiz; son, Oscar Jonathan Ortiz; brother, Fernando Ortiz, other relatives, and many friends.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, May 26, 2023 from 8 am to 12 pm, where a chapel service will be held at 10 am.
Cremation will be held at a later date.
