Matthew Paul Blake, 32, was called by the Lord on June 7, 2016.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Erica Blake, children: Caleb Paul Blake, Nathan Daniel Blake, and Jenasis Lynn Blake, parents: Bruce and Anna Blake, sisters: Lori Lapham, Amy Blake and Jennifer Blake, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Friday, June 10, 2016, from 10:00am to 12:00pm, at Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, where a chapel service will be held at 12:00pm.
