Martin Isidro Martinez, 65, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose & Nicolasa Martinez; siblings, Faustino Martinez, Jose Luis Martinez, Angel Martinez, Raul Martinez.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Virginia Martinez; children, Marta V. Martinez (Juan Flores), Nancy Martinez (Reynaldo Ramos), Martin Martinez Jr. (Ana), Jason Martinez (Kaylee); 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; siblings, San Juanita Martinez, Maria Del Refugio Martinez, Alberto Martinez, Jaime A. Martinez, Mario Martinez, nieces, nephews other realtives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2026, from 5 to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Rosary will be held at 7pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, from 7 to 8:30am at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. We will be departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30am to Santa Rita de Casia Catholic Church for a Mass at 9am.

Interment will follow to the City of Laredo Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Martin Martinez Jr., Jason Martinez, Alberto Martinez, Jaime Martinez, Rey Ramos III, Brian Flores, Antonio Flores, Rolando Flores.
