Mario Rodriguez Montemayor, 83, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025 in Laredo, TX.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Anastacio Rodriguez & Rebecca Montemayor.

Left to cherish his memory are his children: Felipe Rodriguez, Lilia "Muñequita" Ramirez (Jesus Salazar) & Liesje Posa Randolph; grandchildren: Garbrielle Rosales, Olivia Rosales, Azucena Ramirez, Daysi Ramirez, Carmen Ramirez; great-grandson, Miguel Medina; siblings: Beatriz Perez, Roberto Rodriguez, Angel Estevis, Hilda Estevis Harmon, & Oscar Estevis, nephew, Roberto Perez & his wife, Candy Perez, numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitations will be held on Monday, August 18, 2025, from 5 to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Prayer Service will be held at 7pm.

Visitations will continue on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 7 to 10:30am at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Chapel Service will be held at 9:30am.

We will be departing the funeral home chapel at 10:30am to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery for a graveside service at 10:50 am.
