Maria Sanchez Cruz, 81, was called by the Lord on November 4, 2015.
She was preceded in death by her sons: Reynaldo Aviña Sanchez, Nazario Aviña Sanchez, and Gustavo Aviña Sanchez.
Left to cherish her memory is her children: Refugio Aviña Sanchez, Ramon (Graciela) Aviña Sanchez, Guadalupe (Martin) Alejandro, Maria del Pilar (Alfredo) Casas Aviña, Jose Luis Aviña Sanchez, Maria Dolores (Manuel) Aviña Sanchez, 23 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, siblings: Joaquin (Francisca) Sanchez Mercado, Margarita (Juan) Sanchez Mercado, Carmen (Rafael) Sanchez Mercado, Eduviges (+Juan), nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Sunday, November 8, 2015, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Gámez and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78043, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Santa Maria Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
