Maria Dolores Palencia, 64, passed away on Tuesday, July 02, 2024 in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceeded in death by her parents, Ernesto & Maria Del Carmen Padilla; son, Gerardo Palencia Jr; siblings, Ernesto Padilla, Natividad De Jesus Padilla, Cruz de Jesus Padilla, Maria Del Carmen Padilla, & Maria (Ismael) Concepcion Martinez.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Gerardo Palencia; children, Paulo Cesar (Angelica) Palencia, Patricia (Rayfield) Johns, & Gerardo (Amanda) Palencia; 9 granchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Hector Padilla; sisters in laws, Virginia & Rosario Padilla, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 4, 2024, from 5 to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a Rosary will he held at 7pm.

Funeral Services will he held on Friday, July 5, 2024, from 7 to 8:30am at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where we will depart to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for a mass starting at 9am.

Cremation will be held at a later date.
