Maria Graciela Abrego

Maria Graciela Abrego, 69, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, in Laredo, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dionicio & Esther Vazquez; siblings, Ezequiel Vazquez, Lauro Vazquez (Amelda).

Left to cheris her memory is her husband of 50 years of marriage, Ronal Abrego; children, Jesus Abrego, Erika A. Cobos (Roberto), Jason I. Abrego (Marylou); granddaughters, Veronica Abrego, Carolina Abrego, Kimberly Cobos, Kristyn Cobos, Emma Abrego; siblings, Angelica de Los Santos (+Sergio), German Vazquez (Leticia), Pedro Vazquez, Israel Vazquez (Alma); sister in law, Laura Vazquez, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2026, from 5 to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Rosary will be held at 7pm.

Funeral Services will continue on Monday, January 5, 2026, from 7 to 10:30am at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Prayer Service will be held at 9:30am.

Interment will follow to the Laredo City Cemetery for a graveside service at 11am.

Pallbearers will be: Ronal Abrego, Jesus Abrego, Jason Abrego, Roberto Cobos, Pedro Vazquez, & Israel Vazquez.
