Juanita Martinez, 73, was called by the Lord on Tuesday, December 12, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose & Alicia Aguilar & brothers: Andres (Victoria) Aguilar & Jose Fernando Aguilar.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Felix Martinez, children: Cecilia (Nefthali) Garza, Felix G. Martinez, Jesus F. (Carmen) Martinez, Herlinda (Tomas) Gomez, Luis (Esmeralda) Martinez, Juanita (Mario) Peña & Leonor (Clarissa) Martinez, sister, Beatriz (Rogelio) Santa Cruz, sister in law, Anita Aguilar, 13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Thursday, December 14, 2017, from 5pm to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, December 15, 2017, from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 8:30am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Felix G. Martinez, Jesus F. Martinez, Luis Martinez, Mario A. Peña III, Gerardo A. Barcena, Felix A. Peña, Mario A. Peña Jr., Tomas Gomez & Nefthali Garza.
Funeral services are under the arrangements of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
