Le sobreviven su esposa: Marlene Garcia; hijos: David Pacheco, Brenda Pacheco, Marlene Pacheco; nietos: Sergio Vargas, Carlos Vargas, Juan de Dios Garcia; madre: Yolanda Hinojosa; hermanas: Yolanda (Hector Marquez) Pacheco y Yadira Pacheco; hermano: Jorge Pacheco; sobrinas, demas familiares y amigos.
El duelo se recibe el dia sabado, 9 de diciembre del 2023 de las 5 a las 9 de la noche en la Funeraria Gamez & Sons, donde se ofrecera un Rosario a las 7 de la tarde.
El servicio funerario tomara lugar el dia 10 de diciembre del 2023 a las 11 de la mañana en la capilla funeraria.
El cortejo partira a las 11:30 am para su sepelio en el Cementerio de la Ciudad de Laredo.
