Jose H. "El Chumbe" Salinas, 64, was called by the Lord on November 28, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo & Martha Salinas & brother, Alfredo "El Marciano" Salinas Jr.

Left to cherish his memory is the mother of his children, Raquel Salinas, children: Mario (Sandra) Salinas, Ricardo (Gabriela Denise) Salinas, Brenda (Bruce) Guy, Jose Humberto (Michelle) Salinas Jr., & Gabriela Anette (Adan Mendoza) Salinas, siblings: Martha (+Carlos) Sosa, Laura (Lorenzo) Rostro, Rosie (Jose) Treviño, & Yolanda (+Jesse) Lerma, 16 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021. from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will recited at 7:00 p.m.

.Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021, from the funeral home to Christ the King Catholic Church, where a mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Funeral home opens at 7:00 a.m. and departs at 9:30 a.m.

Interment will follow to the Laredo City Cemetery.
