Josefina Garcia

Josefina Garcia, 75, entered into eternal rest on July 6, 2026.

Josefina was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Santiago Garcia; her daughter, Maria Garcia; her parents, Jorge Martinez and Epitazia Paz; and her sisters, Enedina Martinez and Rosa Maria Martinez.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Elizabeth Muñoz (Andres), Santiago Garcia, Guillermina Garcia (+Fernando de la Cruz), Saul Garcia, Alejandra Delacruz (Richard Rodriguez Jr.); her beloved grandchildren, Vanessa Muñoz, Virginia Merino, Sandra Garcia, Leticia Muñoz, Selena Garcia, Kishi Garcia, Jerry Garcia, Fernando Delacruz, Santiago Delacruz,  Saul Garcia Jr., Genesis Rodriguez, Gissele Rodriguez, Richard Rodriguez III, Ramiro Rodriguez; her sister, Rosa Hilda Martinez (Ricardo Rodriguez); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 5 to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Rosary will be held at 7pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 7 to 8:30am at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. We will be departing the funeral home chapel at 8:30am to San Luis Rey Catholic Church for a Mass at 9am.

All services will conclude at the church. Cremation will be held at a later date.

Pallbearers will be Santiago Garcia, Saul Garcia, Andres Muñoz, Richard Rodriguez, Jose Merino, Fernando de la Cruz, Santiago De La Cruz, and Jerry Garcia.
