Jose Angel Morales

Jose Angel Morales, 75, was called by the Lord on February 7, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Severo & Amelia Morales; siblings, Severo Morales Jr.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Maria Concepcion Morales; children, Cecilia (Quirino) Balderrama, Josephine Morales, Lourdes (Armando) Hernandez, Maria C. Morales, Jose Angel Morales Jr., Enrique Morales; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Amelia Morales, Guadalupe Morales, Armando Morales, Arturo Morales, numerous other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Enrique Morales, Gilberto Lopez, Gildardo Lopez, Jose Angel Morales, Armando Hernandez, Juan Jose Gomez, Juan Ozorio, Ruben Morales.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, February 18, 2021, from the funeral home to At. Joseph Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Procession departs at 8:30 a.m. Funeral home opens at 7:00 a.m.

Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50 percent occupancy capacity. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn if funeral home reaches capacity. All visitors must wear a face mask before entering the building and use hand sanitizer provided upon entry. Visitors must provide their own face covering.  Anyone that is knowingly sick or has upper respiratory illness is asked to stay home and may be denied entry.
