Jose Maria Sanchez

Jose M. Sanchez, 74, was called to witness the promise of eternal life on Saturday, August 30, 2025, in Laredo, Texas, surrounded by his beloved family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose G. & Leonor G. Sanchez; his twin brother, Mario Sanchez.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his beloved spouse of 49 years, Eliza Sanchez; his children: Jessica Sanchez, Martha Sanchez (Orlando Esparza), and Joey Sanchez (Denisse); his grandchildren: Alexandra D. Chapa, Giselle A. Chapa, Vayda Esparza, Victoria Esparza, Samantha Garcia, Sophia Garcia, and Joey Sanchez Jr.; his brother Inocente "Chente" Sanchez (Raquel); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 pm with Pastor Dorso Maciel officiating.

Cremation and private interment will be held at a later date.
