Jorge "El Gordo" Fernandez, 32, passed away on January 23, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Juana Zamora.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife: Alexandra Camacho; children: Alejandro Reyna, Angelique Reyna, Destiny Fernandez, Alina Reyna, Marcy Fernandez, Jorge Fernandez Jr.; mother: Marcelina Vela; father: Noe Cruz Fernandez; siblings: Noe Cruz Fernandez Jr., Angel Javier Fernandez, Hector Hugo Vela Jr., Roxanna Vela, Kaylee Vela, Israel Vela, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Vigil for the Deceased and Rosary will be offered at 7 pm.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Santa Monica Catholic Mission in El Cenizo, Texas at 10 am.
A cremation will be held at a later date.
