She is preceded in death by her husband, Desiderio Valdez.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Juan Gabriel (Maria Elena) Leon, Jose Diego Leon; 4 grandchildren; siblings, Laura Leon, Joaquin Leon, Miguel Angel Leon, Hugo Leon, Javier Leon, Maria del Carmen Leon, Beatriz Leon, David Leon, numerous other family and friends.
A cremation will be held at a later date.
