Homero Abrego

Homero Abrego, 76, passed away on October 22, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fabian and Ana Maria Abrego, and his brother, Mario (Bertha) Abrego.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, Eruby Abrego (Teresa Rodriguez); his grandchildren, Fabian Abrego and Ruby Abrego; his siblings, Ofelia (Francisco) Cantu, Josefina (Gustavo) Villarreal, Fabian Abrego Jr., Adelina (Rodrigo) Gaona, Ana Maria (Gerardo) Hernandez, Olga (Bartolo) Zuniga, and Horacio (Dolores) Abrego; as well as other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will continue on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, with the funeral home opening at 7:00 a.m. The time and location of the funeral Mass are pending. Please contact the funeral home for further information.

Interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest with his father and mother.
