Guadalupe Chavez
October 2, 1935 — October 30, 2017
Guadalupe Chavez, 82, was called by the Lord on October 30, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Luciano Chavez, parents, Adan & Josefa Olivares and 11 siblings.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Rodolfo (Maria Teresa) Quintanilla, Juan Ernesto (Martha) Santillana, Dina Irigoyen, Pedro (Elia) Santillana, Jesus (Olivia) Chavez, San Juana Chavez, Maribel (Moises) Estrada & Jose (Celina) Chavez, sister, Celia Olivares, 26 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Thursday, November 2, 2017, from 5pm to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be on Friday, November 3, 2017, from the funeral home to San Vicente de Paul Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Juan Ernesto Santillana, Pedro Santillana, Pedro Santillana Jr., Jose Chavez, Brandon Estrada, Moises Estrada, Jesus Garcia & Jose Roberto Gomez.
Funeral services are under the arrangements of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
