Guadalupe "Sundance" Aldape Sr.

Guadalupe "Sundance" Aldape Sr., 70, passed away on Friday, January 23, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Enrique & Maria Aldape.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Xotchitl Aldape; children, Christopher Aldape, Sarah Garza (Andres), Guadalupe Aldape Jr., Oscar Perez, Vanessa Montiel (Jorge), Rogelio Aldape, Guillermo Aldape (Sam); sisters, Yolanda Gonzalez (Saul) & Isabel Rincon (David), 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 5 to 9pm at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where a Rosary will be held at 7pm.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 7 to 9am at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, where we will be departing the funeral home chapel at 9am to St. Joseph Catholic Church for a Mass at 9:30 am.

Interment will be held at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Christopher Aldape, Oscar Perez, Guadalupe Aldape Jr., Rogelio Aldape, Guillermo Aldape, Andres Garza, George Montiel, Jaden Anguiano.
