Francisco "Paco" Javier Perez

Francisco “Paco” Javier Perez, 28, was called by the Lord on September 20, 2021.

Francisco, was a loving husband, father, brother, son, uncle, godfather and friend. He was born in Nuevo Laredo, Tamps., Mexico to Francisca and Rosendo Perez Sr. and raised in Laredo, Texas where he graduated from Martin High School in 2011. Shortly thereafter, he dedicated 12 years as Head Laboratory Technician at O’Connor Engineering & Science, Inc./CMT-Tec, LLC. On November 23, 2011 he married his high school sweetheart, Dinorah, later welcoming their daughter Zyana on May 28, 2014 whom became the most important part of his life. Besides spending time with friends and family, Francisco had a passion for the outdoors, traveling, and auto mechanics. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and often played in local soccer leagues. His great personality and quick wit will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will always be remembered for the love and compassion he had for his family.  Especially for the children, who he proved that he would go to the ends of the earth without hesitation.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Francisca Perez.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Dinorah Galarza Perez, daughter, Zyana Perez, father, Rosendo Perez Sr., siblings: Angel Perez (Karina Gonzalez), Rosendo (Eneby Jacobo) Perez Jr., Leslie (Jordi) Ramirez, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, from the funeral home to St. Joseph Catholic Church where a mass will be celebrated at 9:15 a.m. Procession departs at 8:45 a.m.

Interment will be held at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Angel Perez, Rosendo Perez Jr., Fernando Esparza, Jesus Ruiz, Carlos Rangel, Jose Rangel, Ricardo Daniel Rodriguez, and Thomas J. O’Connor III

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Rosendo Perez Sr., Leslie Yamel Ramirez, Thomas J. O’Connor Jr.
