Enriqueta Silva

Enriqueta Silva, 93, passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 in Laredo, Texas.

Ms. Silva is preceded in death by her, daughter, Juanita (Guadalupe) Moncivais; sister, Irma (Jesse) Munoz.

Left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Melissa Moncivais, Raul (Alicia) Moncivais, Sandra (Genaro) Vazquez; great grandchildren, Arturo Moncivais, Raul Moncivais Jr., Ariana (Joey) Ybanez, Nicolas Vazquez, Logan Vazquez, and Lorelai Vazquez.

Ms. Silva will also be missed by her nieces, nephews, and grandniece, Juanita Rodriguez, Sylvia Salazar, Manuel Salazar Jr., Marco Antonio Salazar, Lawrence Linn, and Vanessa Salazar, all of whom she loved and called her own, as well as several other greatnieces, greatnephews, and great great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. where procession will depart at 12:15 p.m. from Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services to the Laredo City Cemetery for a graveside service.

In accordance with city ordinance, the number of visitors will be limited to 50 percent occupancy capacity. Please feel free to wait in your vehicle for a turn if funeral home reaches capacity. All visitors must wear a face mask before entering the building and use hand sanitizer provided upon entry. Visitors must provide their own face covering.  Anyone that is knowingly sick or has upper respiratory illness is asked to stay home and may be denied entry.
