Celia Bustamante

God has called our beloved Celia Bustamante to his Heavenly Kingdom on May 12, 2024, having her now be at peace from all illness, worry, trials and tribulations. She passed away peacefully in Houston, Texas, surrounded by her loving and caring family by her side.

She is preceded in death by her father: Manuel Reyes Jr.; grandparents: Manuel and Angela Reyes; grandmother: Hortencia Chavez.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her mother: Josefina Contreras; brother: Manuel Reyes III; her children: Michael Scott Magaña, Mariza Yvette Bustamante, Valerie Lizzette Bustamante, and Briana Azenett Bustamante; grandchildren: Alicia, Caden, and Jose.

The family will receive condolences on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 5 to 9 pm at Gamez and Sons Funeral and Cremation Services; 1029 Bob Bullock Loop; Ste. 1; Laredo, TX 78043, where a Prayer Service will commence at 6 pm.

Visitation will continue on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 7 am until 9 am. The funeral Service will commence at 9 am.

Procession will depart the chapel at 10 am to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.
