Ana Vitela

Ana Maria Vitela, age 74, passed away on July 20, 2019 in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Francisco Vitela;parents, Calixto Gutierrez Renteria and Ninfa Gutierrez;sister, Esther (Guillermo) Gutierrez.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Ana Maria (Enrique Rene) Castro, Mayra T. Vitela, Adriana (Efrain) Leon, and Cecilia (Maurilio) Roldan; siblings,  Victor Manuel (Francisca) Gutierrez, Graciela (Martin) Tovar and Thelma (+Adolfo) Perez. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2019, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, from the funeral home to San Luis Rey Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Funeral home opens at 7:00 a.m. and a procession departs at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow immediately at the City of Laredo Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Rene Castro, Maurilio Roldan, Efrain Leon, Efrain Leon Jr., Francisco Benavidez, Maurilio Roldan Jr., Cesar Castro & Bryan Cardenas.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
