Altagracia Arias

Altagracia Arias, 99, passed away on September 12, 2019 in Laredo, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Arias Sr.; son, Jesus Arias; grandson, Valentin Magaña; great-grandchildren, Cristel Magaña and Frankie Vargas, Jr.; siblings: Alberto Vazquez, Simon Vasquez, and Elisa Garcia.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Isidra Magaña, Francisco (Teresa) Arias, Rosario Arias, Pedro (Anastasia) Arias, Jr., and Florentino Arias; sister, Dolores V. Richter.  She is also survived by  21 grandchildren, 40 great-great children, 32 great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held Sunday, September 15, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gamez and Sons Funeral Home & Cremation Services where a rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019, from the funeral home to St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at  10:00 a.m. Funeral home opens at 7:00 a.m. and a procession departs at 9:30 a.m.

A cremation will be held at a later date.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
