Alejandro “Alex” Velasquez, 32, was called by the Lord on February 12, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Pilar and Maria Velasquez, and Gerardo and Lydia Abrego.
Left to cherish his memory is his father, Jose Manuel Velasquez, mother, Ana Maria Velasquez, siblings: Jose Manuel Velasquez Jr., Mario (Tanya) Alberto Velasquez, Francisco Velasquez, and Gerardo Velasquez, nieces and nephews: Mario, Noel, Keilha, Ebony, Oscar, Joey III, and Azaneth, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving guests on Friday, February 26, 2016, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, at Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, where a rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2016, at San Luis Rey Catholic Church, where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 8:30am. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
